  • The exemption covers the RESERVATION fee as well as the camping fee. Most camping benefits do not touch the reservation fee, which is charged whether or not you turn up.
  • The gate is a 100% disability rating.
  • Proof is a Bureau of Motor Vehicles letter OR a disabled veteran registration plate. If you hold the plate you already have the proof.
  • Veterans below 100% and active duty members get NO camping exemption. The lifetime day-use pass is their route.
