A country where every veteran can find and receive what they’ve earned, and has a trusted place to turn when they need help with what comes next.
Our mission
Help veterans discover and access the benefits, services, and resources available to them — federal, state, local, nonprofit, and private — in one place, in plain language, at no cost to the veteran.
What we do
Veteran benefits and resources are spread across the Department of Veterans Affairs, other federal agencies, states, counties, cities, nonprofits, and private programs covering housing, education, employment, healthcare, financial help, and more.
Veterans shouldn’t have to know which agency or organization runs a program before they can find it. Veterans Alliance (VA.org) exists to make that system easier to navigate.

Veterans Alliance was founded by Paul Taylor on a simple principle: people who served their country should not have to navigate a fragmented system alone to receive what they’ve earned.
Our independence
Veterans Alliance is an independent organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency.
We use official government sources whenever possible and direct veterans to the appropriate agency or authorized provider when it is time to apply.
We can help you find information, understand your options, and prepare. Eligibility and benefit decisions — and the benefits themselves — come from the agencies and organizations responsible for those programs, not from us.
