  • RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE NO MORE THAN TEN DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. That is the whole practical difficulty — you cannot plan a trip around it months ahead, and someone who tries will be refused and assume they were ineligible.
  • It is subject to availability, which combined with the ten-day window means flexibility matters more than planning.
  • The 100% disability must be a DIRECT RESULT of a service-connected incident, and current Kentucky residency is required.
