How to claim it

  1. 1Ask for it. The statute requires the department to allow the mark, but it does not require the department to offer it, and it will not appear on a licence nobody requested it for.
  2. 2Bring the discharge document. The statute leaves the proof to the department, and the discharge record is what every counter in this corpus asks for first.
