Wyoming pays free tuition at the UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING OR ANY WYOMING COMMUNITY COLLEGE for the surviving spouses and dependants covered by W.S. 19-14-106. The structure is UP TO 8 SEMESTERS WITHIN AN 8-ACADEMIC-YEAR WINDOW — so the entitlement is generous in volume but bounded in time, and a student who takes a break can run out of window before running out of semesters.
