Medal of Honor Plates — No Fees, and They Do Not Expire

Wisconsin issues Medal of Honor plates with NO ISSUANCE OR REGISTRATION FEES, and THE PLATES DO NOT EXPIRE — which sets them apart from the Ex-POW plates, which are equally free but must be renewed every year. They are TRANSFERABLE to another qualifying vehicle. There is no personalisation and no special parking privilege. Proof is a DD214, DD215 or official orders; you must be the owner, lessee or trust beneficiary.
