Virginia gives a veteran rated 100% service-connected a free parks passport covering VEHICLE PARKING AND ADMISSION, BOAT LAUNCH AND HORSE TRAILER PARKING. Beyond entry it is a tiered discount rather than a blanket waiver: 50% OFF camping, swimming, shelters, standard yurt stays of two or more nights, and equipment rentals, and 25% off certain other charges.
