How to claim it

  1. 1Check geography first. This is a district programme covering Grand Forks and Nelson counties, and residence in the service area is a stated requirement — a veteran elsewhere in the state has no veterans court to be referred to.
  2. 2Do not rule yourself out on component. Guard and Reserve service counts here, as does current service, which is unusual.
