Mississippi public institutions charge in-state tuition to any veteran, and to any person entitled to federal education benefits under Title 38 of the U.S. Code. That second half is wider than it looks: it reaches dependants using transferred Post-9/11 entitlement and survivors using DEA, not only the veteran.
