Illinois resident veterans who served abroad, or were mobilised by presidential order, buy the fishing licence, the hunting licence and the sportsmen's combination licence at HALF PRICE.   • The discount is 50% and covers the fishing licence, the hunting licence and the sportsmen's combination licence.
  • There is NO disability requirement. The test is service abroad, or mobilisation by presidential order.
  • A DD-214 and photo ID are required.
  • Apply in person at the natural resources headquarters in Springfield, or by email to the department's licensing address.
  • A veteran rated 10% or more should look at the full exemption instead — it is better than half price.

  • You are an Illinois resident.
