Free Registration on One Vehicle at 100% — the D.V. Plate

Idaho Code 49-403 charges NO fee to register or re-register one vehicle for a veteran receiving 100% service-connected disability compensation, or with the loss or permanent loss of use of one or both feet or hands, or blindness in both eyes. Rights established under Public Law 662 (79th Congress) or Public Law 187 (82nd Congress) also qualify. The distinctive D.V. plates carry the same parking privileges as a standard disabled-parking accommodation.
