  • The Residential Facility is on the Rocky Hill campus at 287 West Street and is a rehabilitation and recovery setting rather than a nursing home.
  • The Sgt. John L. Levitow Healthcare Center on the same campus is a separate skilled nursing facility licensed by the Department of Public Health, and its own admission terms were not published on the pages read here.
