The same tuition waiver for any dependant of a veteran declared missing in action, captured in the line of duty, or forcibly detained by a foreign power.
What it's worth: All systemwide tuition at a California Community College, CSU or UC
- The same waiver as the other plans. Plan C has neither an age limit nor an income limit.
Who is entitled to it
- You are a dependant of the veteran.
- The veteran is missing in action.
- The veteran was captured or forcibly detained in the line of duty.
- You are a California resident.
- You are enrolled at or applying to a California public institution.
- Your home is in California.
