The same tuition waiver for any dependant of a veteran declared missing in action, captured in the line of duty, or forcibly detained by a foreign power.

What it's worth: All systemwide tuition at a California Community College, CSU or UC

  • The same waiver as the other plans. Plan C has neither an age limit nor an income limit.

Who is entitled to it

  • You are a dependant of the veteran.
  • The veteran is missing in action.
  • The veteran was captured or forcibly detained in the line of duty.
  • You are a California resident.
  • You are enrolled at or applying to a California public institution.
  • Your home is in California.
