Lifetime Licences — $3 at 100%, $52.50 at 70%, and a Retiree Tier at 60
Three routes. At 100% permanent and total, lifetime hunting and fishing together cost $3. At 70% — or 50% with a Purple Heart — $52.50 buys the lifetime combination WITH the trout and duck stamps for life. - One year of Arkansas residency must be proved for every tier.
- The Resident Military Retiree Lifetime licences are: fishing (MRF) $10.50, hunting (MRH) $25, and combination (MRC) $35.50.
- The retiree tier requires age 60 or over, a military retirement ID and one year of Arkansas residency. It does not require a disability rating, which is why a retiree would not otherwise find it under a disability heading.
