We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons or violations of these Terms.
5) AI-Enabled Features and User Consent to Processing
Some Services use automated systems and AI ("AI Features"), such as AI Joe, document analysis, summaries, and guidance tools.
By using AI Features, submitting text, uploading files, or speaking with AI Joe, you:
- Instruct and authorize VA.org to process your content (including through automated means) to provide the requested outputs and improve the Service
- Understand outputs may be incomplete, contain errors, or may not apply to your specific situation
- Agree you will not rely solely on AI outputs for high-stakes decisions without verification
If you do not want your content processed by AI, do not use AI Features (or use non-AI parts of the Services where available).
