Will veterans of the Vietnam War benefit from the new VA purpose statement and recognition?

An updated version of the department’s mission statement from 1959 was made public. to keep the promise made by President Lincoln to support those who have served in the armed forces of our nation, as well as their families, carers, and survivors. This goal statement alters Lincoln’s original quote’s references to male veterans to more accurately reflect the contemporary veteran population. Additionally, it underlines how survivors, dependents, and carers now have some access to VA benefits as a result of their relationship to the soldier. Do you think that the new VA mission statement and its acknowledgment of Vietnam War veterans can adequately safeguard veterans and their families against fraud?
