US States Scramble As The Abortion Landscape Changes

Three months after Wade was overturned, some states’ access to abortion rights has changed. Weeks ago, sister clinics were shifting their patients from Ohio, where abortion is now illegal, to Indiana. However, with the current legislation, Indiana has become the first state to ban abortions after the Federal ruling.

On Thursday, a new Indiana law banned most types of abortion, excluding in cases of rape or incest before ten weeks post-fertilization.

Around 7 abortion clinics in Indiana have been closed down. After Indiana, 13 states banned access to most types of abortion. Arizona is yet to kick in the new law on September 24.

Do you agree with taking away the constitutional right of abortion?
