Should health insurance providers be required to offer free birth control?

At present Health insurance covers, FDA approved contraceptive methods prescribed by a woman’s doctor for birth control. This generally includes diaphragms, sponges, birth control pills, vaginal rings, implanted devices, like IUDs, emergency contraception, like Plan B and other sterilization procedures. Drugs which induce abortions are not covered.
