During the midterm elections, the two major political parties reached a new low in their stunts. Thousands of migrants step on American soil searching for their “American dream.” Unfortunately, their “American dream” may become the worst nightmare as US politicians treat them as stepping stones to their interests. Democratic-led areas such as Washington DC, New York and Chicago have sent migrants to protest President Joe Biden and his administration’s immigration policies. On September 15, 2022, Venezuelan migrants waited outside the Naval Observatory in Washington, DC, outside the residence of US Vice President Kamala Harris, after being dropped off by volunteers after boarding a bus in Texas. Instead of addressing migrants’ problems, Democrats started counteroffensives.
