“President Trump wishes to slash U.S foreign aid. Surprisingly in the past decade, U.S. assistance to foreign countries has not at all helped in improving its image positively. Countries like Afghanistan, Israel, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, and Jordan who enjoy the most benefits from food aid in drought-stricken lands to military hardware are the most antagonistic toward the U.S.
