“Labor Unions negotiate with corporations, businesses and other organizations on behalf of labors. Unions can help workers in realizing their rights. They mostly demand increased pay and benefits for workers and help them with grievance resolution.
However, Unions have their own hierarchy and because of various factors can make it challenging to promote great workers and get rid of a non-productive employee. Unions have their own culture which can result in a bias towards minorities. Unions are also known to thrive on the adversarial relationship between labor and management.
