Should the military be allowed to use enhanced interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, to gain information from suspected terrorists?

“CIA used enhanced interrogation techniques at black sites around the world, including Bagram, Guantanamo Bay, and Abu Ghraib, authorized by officials of the George W. Bush administration. This led to debate and outrage throughout the country.
Those in favor consider that a terrorist who displays no mercy before inflicting pain on little children and women deserves to be stripped of constitutional and human rights. Opponents argue that Intel acquired by enhanced interrogation techniques are mostly non-credible.
