“The U.S. Supreme Court recognizes the federal government’s power to acquire private property for public use. Eminent domain is the ability of any government to seize private property for public use.
Opponents do not align with giving the government the ability to take property considering it against individual rights. Proponents argue development will be impacted if the government does not have the right to eminent domain.

No, including quantitative easing. The govt. is stealing our wealth and future and strength, by inflating the dollar, while the politicians lie of inflation.
Until we return to gold, the dollar floats.

No Not for public or civic use because all it dose is put money in the pockets of developers and corporations. However if the government can prove beyond a reasonable doubt the land is needed for National Security reasons then yes. If the government needs land then they should go look at the rundown buildings which have ben condemned and / or are no longer in use. Take those from the companies and / or corporations who are allowing the buildings to become dangerous.

Absolutely not. It is a violation of our constitutional right. No more should be said.
