The manufacturer nor the gun killed anyone. The person behind the trigger did. It’s like making a car manufacturer pay because someone drove their vehicle while drunk and killed someone. Should we try to ban cars, too?

Should spoon manufactures be liable for obesity, car manufactures for injuries or death of occupants in an accident, pencils for writing bad checks? Should parents be held liable for minor and felony crimes of their children? Should the SYSTEM be liable for new crimes committed by early or term released criminals? Maybe these and many more questions that could take days to write should be added to this list. Come on people, none of are perfect, and many of us are sick in the head. If the above question was to be a yes vote, The winners will be the attorneys, not us, the people.
