Will VA reimburse for the additional appraisal?

VA states that if a mortgage servicer learns of property damage after obtaining the appraisal but before the completion of the foreclosure sale, we need to contact the appraiser to obtain an updated appraisal report that considers the damage and update the net value. Will VA reimburse us for the additional appraisal? Yea, it will be noted as your “appraisal update” expense on your claim.

  1. I have a complaint about Dr. Rosen at the Mission Valley VA. He is very aggressive about my alcohol intake, which I have greatly reduced and only drink when enjoying time with my family. But now he is taking away the one thing in my life that has seriously helped with my anxiety and hyper defensive attitude. For five years I have had my service dog, which has been thoroughly trained and approved, and has been an invaluable assistance in my life. I tried to explain why I needed my dog at the end of my session and he said he did not have time for me and I should do this over a phone call.
I am having trouble with him not giving me the same approval letter that he has given in the past for travel with my dog, which I need for the Airlines. I can not let this go. I am so pissed off I can barely concentrate and am highly irritated by this change in his attitude regarding my well being…..I am not sure if this is the proper site, but it was given to me by Dr. Rosen.
