If you have symptoms, questions, or need advice about any health care problem, the VA Telehealth nurse is available to offer you advice and help you decide whether or not you can be treated at home. To use this service, you must have the following information available to provide to the nurse: Full Name SSN (Social Security Number) Current Address Area Code and contact number Your VA Clinic or medical center of choice Any current medications you are taking, including dietary or herbal supplements Be ready to describe everything related to the problem including the time when you first noticed it and whether or not you took any medication since that time.
