What programs exist at VA that pertain to environmental issues and hazards?

The Environmental Agents Service (EAS) administers health care programs related to environmental issues, including Operations Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF), Gulf War, Agent Orange, depleted uranium, ionizing radiation, and Project 112 (Including Project SHAD). EAS also oversees the War-Related Illness And Injury Study Centers (WRIISCs). Organizationally, EAS falls under the Occupational and Environmental Health Strategic Health Care Group of the Office of Public Health and Environmental Hazards.
