What is MyHealtheVet and how do I obtain information about it?

MyHealthVet (MHV) is a web-based product that provides tools and information to veterans on how to improve their health. Health information is provided on more than 18 million pages in the health education library, which can be accessed after registering on the site. Registrants can: Access their personal health journal and add details about their health, medications, military health history, allergies if any, tests and medical events, etc. Track and record personal details such as contact numbers, the numbers of health care providers and emergency help lines, health insurance information, etc. Track and record personal health parameters such as blood sugar and blood pressure levels, heart rate, cholesterol levels, pain, body temperatures, weight, BMI, etc. Have their personal health information printed on a wallet ID card.
