What Do People Think About The Most Recent Changes To The VA Loan Program?

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has recently announced changes to its VA loan program, which provides eligible Veterans, active-duty service members, and surviving spouses access to home financing at competitive rates.

This is the greatest monthly rise in more than 30 years for the VA compensation benefits distributed to recipients and Veterans, who will get an 8.7% increase.

Veterans without dependents will begin receiving the following monthly Veterans disability payments on December 1, 2023: 10% disability costs $165.92 a month, 20% disability costs $327.99 per month, for a 30% impairment, $508.05 per month.

Do you believe these changes will positively or negatively impact the ability of Veterans and their families to purchase homes? Are the new guidelines fair and reasonable, or do they make it more difficult for Veterans to access the benefits they have earned through their service?

Your input will help us better understand the needs and concerns of our Veteran community and ensure that their voices are heard as we continue to support and honor their service to our country.

Now’s the time. Today’s the Day. Vote for a change.
