What if I disagree with whom the VA appointed as my fiduciary?

If you do not agree with the person appointed as fiduciary by VA, you can submit a signed Notice of Disagreement statement. You must also provide the reasons for your disagreement to the Fiduciary Hub of jurisdiction. VA Form 21-4138, Statement in Support of Claim can be used to submit the NOD, and is available at: http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/VBA-21-4138-ARE.pdf .
