What are Confidential Communications and how do I request this service?

As per VA policy, all patients are entitled to receive correspondence in written form regarding information related to health. If a patient signs up to receive the information at an alternative address, then all future communications will be sent to this address. Confidentiality is taken care of at all the times. The veteran is expected to provide a start date and end date for using this alternative address. You can subscribe to the this service by contacting the Enrollment Coordinator at your local medical facility.
