Do we need to submit documentation with the Transfer of Custody event, such as Tax screens, Insurance screens, Confirmation letter, insurance letter, etc.? At the time of the Transfer of Custody, no documents such as Tax screens, Insurance screens, Confirmation or Insurance letters are required as they are all submitted electronically. Retain all documents for a period of 3 years in case the loan is chosen for post-audit.
