Congress officials already engage in to many relationships being fueled buy gifts and paybacks, rather than decisions being made for the people.This is all legal but that too needs to be controlled and stopped. Corporations understand the implications of the gifts giving when it comes to decisions and most do not allow or have strict controls. We the people need to treat the Legislative branch with the same type of check and balances..
