If the customer is a Chapter 7 discharge non-reaffirmed, should the Loss Mitigation Letter Questions be mailed?

We know that some of the servicers send letters when these situations arrive. These unique letters are mainly used to give the loan’s status and total so list the optional actions by the servicer, without necessarily requesting for payment. If the servicer finds that the loan has been guaranteed by VA and has been given to the VA web link, it would be an advantage to the veteran, including the servicer.
