TSGLI Service branch office that serves you is responsible for reviewing all claims that were refused for the purpose of determining the eligibility of claimants for a TSGLI benefit as OEF/OIF is no longer required now. Although, in order to make sure the claim you have filed is under revision, it is highly recommended to contact the Branch of Service TSGLI office that is designated for you. You must contact with your Branch office of TSGLI service with the aim of ensuring that your claim is currently being reviewed. Your branch office of TSGLI Service will get in touch with you to enable them certifying the payment on your claim in the event that the information provided by you with the original claim can proof the eligibility of yours and the only reason for being denied was the fact that your injury was not incurred in OEF or OIF.
