Do the TSGLI genitourinary losses cover loss of use of penis?

Do the TSGLI genitourinary losses cover loss of use of penis (or the loss of use testicles, ovaries, the vulva, and the vaginal canal), if the loss of use is caused by a disease, for example erectile dysfunction caused by diabetes? TSGLI will not pay the benefits for the damages of your penis (including the testicles, the ovaries, the vulva, or the vaginal canal) which have happened because of a disease. However, if they have occurred because of a traumatic injury, TSLI will pay you the benefits.
