Can I have my claim reconsidered even though denied in the past?

To reopen a previously denied case, new material evidence must be submitted. You can send a written request with the new evidence to your VA regional office to have the claim reopened. To submit your written request, please use Statement in Support of Claim, VA Form 21-4138. You may find the form at: http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/VBA-21-4138-ARE.pdf
